Get answers to common questions about Suntighten Solo Infrared Sauna - 45 Minutes.
During the 45-minute session you'll sit in a private solo infrared cabin as gentle heat penetrates tissues. Expect gradual warming, light sweating, and calming quiet. Staff will review comfort settings, and you can pause or end the session anytime for any discomfort.
Yes. Infrared saunas are generally beginner-friendly because heat is lower than traditional saunas. Start with shorter tolerance-building sessions, stay hydrated, and inform staff of medical concerns. We'll adjust time and temperature to ensure a comfortable, effective experience.
Frequency depends on goals. For detox and relaxation, 2–3 sessions weekly is common; athletes or chronic-pain clients may benefit from up to five sessions. We recommend starting twice weekly and adjusting based on results and wellness guidance.
Hydration is important—drink water before, during breaks, and after your session. Avoid heavy meals immediately prior; a light snack is fine. Skip alcohol and limit caffeine to reduce overheating and maximize comfort and safety.
Certain conditions—uncontrolled hypertension, recent heart attack, pregnancy, fever, severe dehydration, or implanted electronic devices—may preclude infrared sauna use. Always consult your physician and inform our staff; we require medical clearance for specific health concerns.
Bring a towel and a water bottle; we provide extra towels and disposable liners. Wear light clothing to and from your visit. Leave jewelry and electronics at home or in a secure locker to prevent heat-related damage.
